In this three-session introduction to the history of Western printmaking, you’ll explore the cultural impact of print techniques through close examination of artworks from the Blanton’s collection. Along the way, you’ll learn to identify the major artists and processes that have defined the 600-year tradition of printmaking in Europe and the U.S. Led by Assistant Curator of Prints and Drawings Sarah Bane. Sessions will meet in the Blanton’s H-E-B Study Room. Enrollment is lmited to 20 Blanton Members.
